Quelques initiatives printanières, passées ou à venir, en relation avec Fourier. La liste n’est sans doute pas exhaustive. Aidez-nous à compléter !

L’université Hitotsubashi de Tokyo (photo ci-contre) a accueilli les 27 et 28 mars 2018 le colloque "Fourier ! Fourier ! Deux journées avec Charles Fourier". Ce colloque débouchera sur une-des publication-s. Trois membres de notre association y ont participé : Tomomi Fukushima (qui l’a conçu et organisé) avec "Projet et formation du Nouveau Monde industriel à partir d’un des manuscrits de sa préface" ; Thomas Bouchet avec "La vitalité des recherches sur Fourier au XXIe siècle" ; Florent Perrier avec "De la propagation du phalanstère par explosions comme révolution sensible du politique".

Bernard Desmars a participé au Premier mai du Familistère (Guise) avec une conférence sur "Utopie et technique. Les fouriéristes et les machines au XIXe siècle". Le jeudi 31 mai 2018 se déroulera à l’université de Bourgogne une séance de l’atelier "Penser la-les transition-s" intitulée "Quels chemins jusqu’au nouveau monde ? La question des transitions chez les premiers socialistes". Thomas Bouchet interviendra sur Fourier, puis sur Déjacque ; Bernard Desmars interviendra sur les fouriéristes. Les lundi 4 et mardi 5 juin 2018 se tiendra à Oxford un colloque sur "Owen and Europe" (Worcester College, Maison française d’Oxford). En voici la présentation (in English !) : "Robert Owen’s (1771-1858) and his followers’ ideas and experiments in community found, since the early nineteenth century, numerous resonances in Continental Europe and throughout the wider world. Despite what J.F.C. Harrison revealed some forty years ago in his pathbreaking studies on the impact Owen’s ideas and those of his followers had in the United States, significant gaps remain in our appreciation of the influence of Owen’s and his followers’ work : not least in determining the extent to which their ideas were received in Continental Europe. This workshop has been conceived with this goal in mind, and its objective is to fill many of these gaps with contributions on the early reception of Owen’s ideas in Italy, Spain, Poland and France in the first half of the 19th century".
